About the event
One of the advantages of synthetic winchline is the ability to make field repairs or modifications with a few simple tools and techniques. We will demonstrate common eye-splicing methods for 12-strand synthetic rope and discuss several types of terminations and discuss wire rope terminations.
We will have tools and demonstration lines available if you would like to try your hand at splicing or work on your own lines.
