For the beginners! This is COFJ's annual (free!) beginner training class that will cover off-roading basics and familiarize you with the various 4x4 and traction functionality on your vehicles.

ColoYota Expo is your home town, homegrown overland vendor expo, swap meet, car show, and meet & greet. It’s open to all owners of any Toyota or Lexus 4x4. We will be there chatting about back country preparedness and providing some recovery demos - come say hello!

Day One covers Introduction to 4WRecovery and Day Two moves beyond basic recovery and into complex recoveries with Hi Lift and winch, towing techniques, and field repair. $250 for one vehicle and driver $100 per additional passenger Youth under age 18 free

This class will cover recovery fundamentals - gear selection and evaluation, Hi Lift Jack use, winch operation, and basic rigging techniques. $125 for one vehicle and driver $50 per additional passenger Youth under age 18 free
